This detail shows General Wayne Anthony (one of the city's founders) with any early locomotive. The upper band of the mural is a transportation time-line moving toward the center from left and right sides, titled 'A Road Runs Through It'. There are six individual panels, all painted in Deco grisaille style.

Original working drawing for the mural, shown posted on site during the painting work.
